ISLAMABAD: Member of the National Assembly, Uzma Riaz Jadoon, has been stopped from the obligation of performing Hajj. Before departing from Islamabad Airport to Hijaz Muqaddis, the immigration authorities at the airport halted the immigration process for individuals whose names appeared on the "no-fly list", as determined by the relevant authorities. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) took action based on the "no-fly list" following the May 9 incidents and stopped their migration.
Former MNA Uzma Riaz Jadoon, who was elected on a reserved seat for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from Abbottabad, expressed her disappointment through a video statement on social media. She criticized the government's decision, stating that this government's action will breed hatred. Uzma stated that she does not have any criminal record of any kind. Uzma clarified that she has no criminal record of any kind and questioned the government's act of stopping the performance of the obligation of Hajj and condemned it.
"Hajj is an important religious obligation in Islam. Even in non-Muslim countries, obstacles are not created for Muslims to fulfill their religious duties," She remarked.
